Mission
As a non-profit, member-owned organization, the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce has as its mission to serve its members by promoting and advocating economic development, agriculture, tourism, quality growth, entrepreneurship and education. The Chamber, by creating a positive business climate, seeks to enhance the quality of life in our area.
The Chamber is the “Voice of Business” in Habersham County and plays a key role in promoting the county’s business community through education, leadership, networking, public policy and business advocacy, partnerships and other programs. With over 500 business members and aproximately 900 member representatives, the Chamber’s primary goal is to create a positive business climate in Habersham County.
Vision
Our vision is to be recognized as the advocate for local businesses in Habersham County, serving as the local support for a business friendly environment and promoting tourism in Habersham County.
Values
We, the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce, are guided by the following Values. They describe our Chamber as we want it to be. We want our decisions and actions to demonstrate these Values. We believe that putting our Values into practice creates long-term benefits for the members we serve.
