The Habersham Chamber of Commerce is on a mission to update how it communicates and interacts with the community and Chamber Members.
We have started an Instagram, are updating our Twitter, revamped our website, and we are now starting a blog! This blog will be a casual space for interacting with the community and having some fun with this new platform.
There will be guest posts from Chamber Members, updates from within the office, and other interesting details that will be published here. We will be featuring businesses, individuals, and upcoming and recent events. Pictures, video, and links to websites or articles will be included in posts so that we can best exhibit what Habersham has to offer. It will not just be businesses though! We will be discussing recent Chamber events or happenings in the community. We can post resources for natural disaster relief as well as notifying the public about ways to help those in need.
What is also exciting is that you can now respond with comments! This gives us direct feedback from the public as to what they want and how we can improve. We at the Chamber are always seeking to better ourselves so that we can better serve you.
By featuring businesses and conducting interviews, we hope to highlight new businesses and promotions while also showing off the Habersham community in the best way possible. We will be reaching out in the near future to start these interviews and highlights but if you are interested in being featured, do not hesitate to reach out to the Chamber office. This is another great resource that the Chamber provides, along with our newsletter and Member-to-Member specials.
However, we can't do it all on our own and we want this space to reflect what the community wants.
Therefore we are posing this question to you! Our readers!
What would you like to see most from the Habersham Chamber of Commerce Blog?
What else can we offer to make this blog more interesting? We want to make this a valuable space for the community and we encourage you to share these blog posts with friends, colleagues, and on social media. The more we interact with you, the better your experience will be!
